The contents may not be used for commercial, money-making purposes without the express permission of the producer of the podcast, Barry Lank. It may, however, be broadcast in nonprofit, non-paying venues, of for purposes of a review, as long as credit is given to the producer, as well as the actors whose work in included in the broadcast.
