A Brooklyn native, Elizabeth (Liz) Haag is an actress, improviser, writer, director and producer. After graduating from the University at Albany with a B.A. in theater, she became a set designer and props artisan, with companies that included The New York Shakespeare Festival. She went on to study acting with Carol Fox Prescott, and completed conservatory studies in improvisation at The Magnet Theater.

Liz made her directing debut in 2008 with "Madness and Joy" at the 78nd Street Theater, then "Live from Times Square" at The Sage. She performs improvisation with the group Elsie Jay, and played on the Magnet's house improv team Harlequin. She can also be seen schilling condoms in "Bondage," a film she wrote and produced for Trojan Condom's website.
