Barry Lank
[Writer, producer, director, web master, "Bob," "Customer in Restaurant," "Don," "Driver," "Extortionist," "Farmer," "Foreign Reporter," "Laura's Co-Worker," "Narrator," "Waiter"] Barry was one of the founding writers at Air America Radio and head writer for "Snap Judgment," Court TV's attempt at a comedy show. He performed for 10 years in the stand-up comedy team Lank and Earl with Emmy-award winning, former Daily Show writer Jim Earl - appearing on several cable shows and in night clubs all over the country. Most recently, he wrote for and performed with Daily Show co-creator Lizz Winstead in the off-Broadway show "Shoot the Messenger." Also, it is not your imagination: He has worked at several newspapers in New Jersey, Connecticut and California. His writing additionally has appeared in National Lampoon, the San Francisco Chronicle and Good Housekeeping and he produced comedy for the World Affairs Council's Annual Gala, starring MSNBC's Chris Matthews. For some reason, the best-know thing he's ever done is this one viral video he and A. Whitney Brown did a couple of years ago.
